The DVD rental software centralizes all the user information in his account. A user can acces his account online using his email and password. DVD Rental Solutions stores lot of User Information such as Billing Address, shipping Address, etc.  The User accounts can be blocked by the administrator as need arises.

The user account is also the place from where he can control the sending and recieving of DVDs. By changing his account status, the system comes to know that new DVDs are to be delivered to the user. The user also can suspend his account. In this state the rental procedure will be suspended and no orders will be executed.
