In DVD Management Center, the Adminstration center of the DVD rental management software will help you manage all aspects of DVD inventory and Stock management much like any DVD POS system. You can add Movies, Games, VCD, Blu-rays etc to the stock using a simple form based interface. The Module shows the details of the DVD including the stock availablity.The movie DVDs can be categories in following way.
- Normal DVD means DVD is ready to be rented by the members.
- New Release means New Release and ready to be rented by members
- Featured DVD means Featured movie but ready to be rented by movie.
- Coming soon are those movies that will be available for renting soon.
- Deactivate movie means Movie DVD is not ready to be rented
Other attributes that can be managed from here are
- Language, genre, artists, director, studio etc
- DVD Review management
- Availability reports and stock alerts
- Label printing of the DVD
- Ratings and reviews for the movie
Similarly Games and Blue Ray rental can be managed through this interface in our Video Rental software
DVD inventory is managed using by coding each inventory piece and keeping details of the condition of each physical piece. The codes can also be bar codes to support bar code scanner integration for quick sacnning of DVD information. An option of internal codes or Bar codes is made available to the client as per need of the DVD rental business.
During the DVD rental process the stock is updated automatically in the system and movies status alerts are generated accordingly.
